This website is operated by Maglificio Diana S.p.A., owner of the Diana Studio brand. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Diana Studio. Diana Studio offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By accessing our site and/or purchasing a product, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.
By using this site, you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Use of the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including violations of others’ rights or applicable laws, is prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the Service.

Our online store is hosted on the Shopify Inc. platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure to sell our products.
2. Terms and Conditions of Sale
Products available on dianastudio.it are sold by Maglificio Diana S.p.A., headquartered at Via della Mimosa, 3/5 – 59100 Prato (PO), Italy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified. You agree to provide accurate and complete data for billing, shipping, and communication purposes.
Product prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Images and colors are represented as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee absolute precision. We reserve the right to limit sales to certain people, regions, or jurisdictions.
Maglificio Diana S.p.A. is not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure or failures beyond our control.
2.1 Legal Warranty of Conformity
If purchased products are defective or non-compliant, customers are entitled, at no extra cost, to have the item repaired or replaced, or to receive an appropriate price reduction or contract termination. Customers must report defects within two months of discovery by sending a detailed email to: dianastudio@luidiana.com.
2.2 Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools on an “as-is” basis, without warranties. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk. Some content may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and you should review their policies before proceeding with any transaction.
2.3 Prohibited Use
The site and its contents must not be used for unlawful purposes or in violation of others’ rights. Misuse will result in termination of access. Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or interfering with the security or integrity of the service is also prohibited.
2.4 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. Maglificio Diana S.p.A. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or its products, or for service disruptions caused by force majeure or Internet failures outside our control.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in the designated section of the site.
3.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Maglificio Diana S.p.A. from any liability arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
3.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
3.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Maglificio Diana S.p.A. and supersede any prior communications.
3.4 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Prato.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns
According to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you may request a return within 30 days from receiving your order.
4.2 How to Return
Go to Make a Return (at the bottom of the homepage) or log into My Account > Make a Return (bust icon, top right).
Fill out the form with your order number and a contact (email or phone).
Select the items to return and choose:

Simple Refund

Exchange
If you choose Exchange:
– You can change the size or color of the same item.
– Or select a different model from the catalog.
– If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If less, the difference will be refunded.
– Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Conditions:
Items must be new, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
4.3 Return Costs and Method
Returns are fully covered by us.
Once your request is submitted, we’ll arrange collection via courier and send confirmation via email or SMS.
There are no costs, including for exchanges.
4.4 Processing Time
As soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll start the process.
Exchanges or refunds will be completed within 30 days of receipt.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds can apply to the entire order or selected items.
They will be processed to the original payment method or, upon request, via bank transfer or PayPal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Shipping
Shipments are handled by Maglificio Diana S.p.A. via trusted couriers. We offer service in Italy and abroad as follows.
All orders are processed within 2 business days from confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Any delays will be promptly communicated.

Deliveries occur during working hours. If absent, the courier will leave a notice for a second attempt. Customs duties and import taxes for non-EU countries are the recipient’s responsibility and non-refundable.
5.1 General Order Information
Orders destined for Italy can be placed directly on our official website. Currently, international orders are also supported via the same platform unless otherwise indicated.
After payment, you’ll immediately see a confirmation page with order summary and number. You’ll also receive a confirmation email. Please check your email address at checkout. During busy periods, the email might be delayed slightly.
If you don’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder. For issues, contact: dianastudio@luidiana.com
Processing begins only after payment confirmation. A second email with the tracking code will follow once your parcel is shipped.
5.2 Order Changes and Merging
Once processed and shipped, orders cannot be modified. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, you may contact customer service. Diana Studio reserves the right to approve or deny the request.
Orders cannot be combined into a single shipment, as each generates its own shipping label. We do not process merge requests for different customer accounts.
5.3 Address Requirements
Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, including any business references or office hours. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery failures due to errors are not Diana Studio’s responsibility.
After shipping, address updates can only be requested from the courier.
5.4 Damaged, Tampered, or Problematic Orders
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

Take photos before and after opening
For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 2 days of delivery at dianastudio@luidiana.com, with order number, description, and images. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
5.5 Unclaimed Parcels and Refused Deliveries
If your package is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned. Shipping costs (to and from) will be deducted from your refund. Warehouse storage fees may apply.
5.6 Other
If delivery is refused or fails for reasons not attributable to Diana Studio, incurred costs will be deducted from the refund. A second delivery attempt will be made by the courier. Additional issues may incur extra charges.
