1. Definition
The Diana Studio Gift Card is a digital gift voucher that can be purchased exclusively on the website www.diana.studio (the “Site”), which grants the Beneficiary a prepaid credit to be used for the purchase of products available on the same Site. It does not require activation and becomes immediately usable upon receipt of the unique code via email.

2. Issuer and Seller
The Gift Card is issued by Maglificio Diana S.p.A., with registered office in Via della Mimosa 3/5, 59100 Prato (PO), VAT no. 01796810974, and is sold through the Shopify platform acting as the Seller.

3. Purchase procedure
• The Buyer selects the desired amount (minimum value € 50.00) and completes the order following the purchase procedure on the Site.
• Upon confirmation, the Buyer receives the order summary on the confirmation page and via email; the Beneficiary receives the Gift Card code separately at the address provided.
• The purchase of the Gift Card cannot be combined with ongoing discounts or promotions.
• All payment methods provided on the Site are accepted.

4. Using the Gift Card
• At checkout, the Beneficiary selects the “Gift Card” option and enters the code received.
• The credit can be spent in multiple transactions until the remaining balance is exhausted.
• If the order amount exceeds the available balance, the difference must be covered by other payment methods enabled on the Site.
• It is not possible to purchase a Gift Card using another Gift Card.

5. Validity and expiration
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue; it is not renewable. Once this period has expired, any remaining balance can no longer be used and will not be refundable.

6. Returns and refunds for purchases made with a Gift Card
• In the event of a return of products purchased entirely with a Gift Card, no cash refund will be provided: the item may be replaced with another item available on the Site or, if desired, exchanged for size/color, subject to availability.

7. Processing of personal data
Data collected for the management of the Gift Card is processed by Maglificio Diana S.p.A. in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 exclusively for contractual and administrative purposes. For further information and to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, and portability, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer shall have jurisdiction, if located in Italy.
