1. Definition
The Diana Studio Gift Card is a digital gift voucher that can be purchased exclusively on the website www.diana.studio (the “Site”) which gives the Beneficiary a prepaid credit to be used for the purchase of products available on the same Site. It does not require activation and becomes immediately spendable upon receipt, via email, of the unique code.

2. Issuer and Seller
The Gift Card is issued by Maglificio Diana SpA, with registered office in Via della Mimosa 3/5, 59100 Prato (PO), VAT number 01796810974, and sold through the Shopify platform as a Seller.

3. Purchase methods
• The Buyer selects the desired cut (minimum amount €50.00) and completes the order by following the purchase procedure on the Site.
• Upon confirmation, the Buyer receives the order summary on the confirmation page and via email; the Beneficiary receives the Gift Card code separately at the indicated address.
• The purchase of the Gift Card cannot be combined with current discounts or promotions.
• All payment methods provided on the Site are accepted.

4. Using the Gift Card
• During checkout, the Beneficiary selects the “Gift Card” option and enters the code received.
• The credit can also be spent in multiple instalments, until the residual value is exhausted.
• If the order amount exceeds the available balance, the difference must be covered with other payment methods enabled on the Site.
• It is not possible to purchase a Gift Card using another Gift Card.

5. Validity and expiry
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue; it is not renewable. After this period, any remaining balance can no longer be used or refunded.

6. Returns and refunds for purchases with Gift Cards
• In the event of a return of products purchased entirely with a Gift Card, no cash refund is provided: the item may be replaced with another item on the Site or, if desired, changed in size/color, subject to availability.

7. Processing of personal data
The data collected for the management of the Gift Card are processed by Maglificio Diana SpA in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 exclusively for contractual and administrative purposes. For more information and to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

9. Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the customer, if located in Italy, is competent.
