Who is Diana Studio?
Diana Studio is a project born in 2021 within Maglificio Diana, a Tuscan company with over 50 years of experience in knitwear. The brand takes shape from a balance between quality, sustainability, and continuous technical and stylistic innovation. The meeting between the expertise of our technicians and the vision of the design department brings to life collections crafted with attention to every detail.
Where are you located?
Our headquarters are in Tuscany, in Prato, a city with a long textile tradition. The knitwear factory is located at Via della Mimosa 3/5 – 59100 Prato (Italy).
Do you have any stores where I can make a purchase?
You can find Diana Studio garments in selected boutiques, located mainly in central-northern Italy and some neighboring European countries.
Why do you consider yourselves sustainable?
We believe in a transparent and responsible production model. Our garments are made in Italy and Bangladesh, in safe, bright, and respectful working environments. All our suppliers share our values: attention to quality, technique, and the dignity of work. The garments are designed to last over time, promoting more conscious consumption.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and American Express.
I have just placed an order. Can I modify or cancel it?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at dianastudio@luidiana.com, on WhatsApp, or by phone at +39 342 199 4167.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Italy, Europe, and the United States.
How long does shipping take?
In Italy, delivery takes place within 2–3 business days. For international shipments, times vary depending on the destination but generally do not exceed 3–5 business days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I ordered the wrong size. Can I make an exchange?
Yes, of course. Contact us and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges for a different size or model are always free.
In case of a return for a refund without an exchange, a €4.90 fee is applied for logistics handling.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
The refund is processed within 30 working days, according to the method requested by the customer (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit back to the card).

What materials are the products made of?
We use high-quality yarns and materials, chosen for their technical and aesthetic performance. We collaborate with selected Italian and international spinning mills. The compositions vary depending on the season and the model.
Where and by whom are the garments made?
The garments made in Italy are produced directly in our knitwear factory in Prato. In Bangladesh, we collaborate with a sustainable facility that we share with two local partners. Our technical team constantly supervises both production sites, maintaining the same standards of quality, control, and artisanal attention.

It is an exclusive capsule collection, produced entirely in our Tuscan knitwear factory. The garments are made in limited edition, using tailoring techniques and high-quality yarns to celebrate Italian craftsmanship.
