RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return an item
Go to Make a Return (at the bottom of the homepage) or log into My Account > Make a Return (bust icon, top right).
Fill out the form with your order number and a contact (email or phone number).
Select the items you wish to return.
Choose between:

• Simple Refund

• Exchange

If you choose Exchange:
– For the same item, you may change the size or color.
– For a different item, select a new model from the catalog.
– If the new item costs more, you will be able to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
– All exchanges are subject to availability on the website.

Return Conditions
Items must be new, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping and Method
Returns are fully covered by us.
Once your request is submitted, we will arrange the pickup via courier and you will receive confirmation by email or SMS.
There are no costs, even in the case of an exchange.

Processing Times
As soon as the return reaches our warehouse, we will immediately start the process.
Exchanges or refunds will be completed within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds
The refund may apply to the entire order or only to selected items.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method or, upon request, via bank transfer or PayPal.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
