SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipments are handled by Maglificio Diana S.p.A. through reliable couriers. We offer delivery services within Italy and internationally as described below.
All orders are processed within 2 business days from order confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Any delays will be promptly communicated.

Deliveries are made during working hours. If you are not available, the courier will leave a notice for a second attempt. Customs duties and import taxes for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
General Order Information
Orders to Italian destinations can be placed directly on our official website. Currently, international shipping is also enabled via the same site, unless otherwise specified.
After completing payment, you will immediately see an order confirmation page showing a summary of the purchased items and the order number. You will also receive an automatic confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is correct during checkout. During high-traffic periods, the email may be slightly delayed.
If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing or if you experience technical issues, please contact our Customer Care at dianastudio@luidiana.com.
Order processing begins only after payment confirmation. A second email with the tracking number will be sent once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Order Changes and Combining Orders
Once the order has been processed and shipped, changes are no longer possible. If the order has not yet shipped, you can submit a request to our customer service. Diana Studio reserves the right to approve or reject the request.
It is not possible to combine multiple orders into a single shipment, as the system automatically generates a separate shipping label for each order. We do not process requests involving orders placed from different accounts.
Address Requirements
Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct, including any business references or office hours. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Diana Studio is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from address errors or omissions.
After shipment, address changes can only be requested directly with the courier.
Damaged, Tampered Packages or Order Issues
If your parcel is damaged or appears tampered with upon delivery:

Refuse the delivery or accept it with written reservation

Take photos of the package before and after opening
For damaged, incorrect, or missing products, contact us within 2 days of delivery at dianastudio@luidiana.com, providing your order number, description, and images. Indicate whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Unclaimed Parcels and Refused Deliveries
If you do not collect your parcel within 5 business days, it will be returned to us. Shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from the refund. If the parcel is held in the courier’s warehouse, storage fees may apply.
In case of refusal or failed delivery due to reasons not attributable to Diana Studio, all related costs will be deducted from the refund. The courier will attempt a second delivery. Any issues preventing final delivery may incur additional charges.
